Welcome to The Evolution
May 07, 2025
I've spent years dreaming up The Evolved Vets. Making voice notes at midnight, scribbling plans in coffee shops, coaching each other through burnout, breakthroughs, and big career moves.
And now it’s real. It’s here. You’re holding it in your hands (okay, inbox)!
I'm Bethany and I went to vet school, a leader in vet med, and now your guide to a fulfilling career and life.
Over the years, I’ve experienced the gaps in vet med that no one prepared me for: navigating tough conversations with pet owners and our teammates, making confident decisions despite second guessing, and advocating for ourselves without burning out. Vet school and your jobs teach you the medicine, but they don’t teach you the rest. That’s why I started The Evolved Vets.
Welcome to my newsletter. This space is for you: the curious, heart-led, high-achieving vet who’s ready to evolve.
π What You Can Expect:
This isn’t your average newsletter. It’s by vet, for vets. Each month, you’ll get:
- BTS Real Talk (aka the moment I realized crying in the car home from work almost daily wasn’t normal and *exactly* what we did next)
- Bite-sized tools to actually make your work-life better (but really, since I started using an AI scribe, I haven’t stayed late doing notes once)
- Celebrations of your fellow badass vets (like my new evolved friend, Celena, who just landed a vet job in the Maldives - go girl!!)
- Updates on new content, podcasts, and retreats (Africa recap soon… and yes, our retreats will center around wild animal experiences π).
I want this to feel like a group text with your most grounded, supportive friends.
π₯³Big News: Membership is NOW OPEN!
The Evolved Vets Membership is here! And it’s your new career advantage.
You didn’t go to vet school to burn out, people-please, or stay small.
You’re here to lead, grow, and love your whole life (inside and outside of the practice) while being a vet.
Inside the membership app, you’ll get:
- Masterclasses (RACE-approved) that teach you emotional intelligence, empowered leadership, biz acumen
- Vet Resets: mini meditations for when sh*t hits the fan
- Coaching Calls for real-time breakthroughs
- TEV Connect, a private community (think: built-in besties and brave conversations)
- Biannual Evolutions: multi-week programs where we master a topic - together!
- Early access to Retreats, Workshops, & Events to evolve in person, too
This is not another CE platform. Think: life coaching for veterinarians that fits in your hand. You can access TEV anytime via our mobile app and go at your own pace. Because we get it. Life is unpredictable and we need something with accountability that’s easily accessible and on-the-go. This is a program built for women vets, by woman vet!
It’s your toolkit for a sustainable, fulfilling, bold AF veterinary career.
Doors are open now. If you’ve been craving more alignment, energy, and support, you’re exactly who I built this for.
